Hopefully the lower seniority people take advantage of any extra overtime over the next month and bank some of it.

I know some they would loose the free benefits they receive if they make to much. Like food assistance. A friend through a church was spending his weekends helping with his free time to fix stuff around their house. Turns out she was turning down overtime for that reason. He wasn’t happy after finding out. Especially when he worked all the OT he could.
